Back Office
One of our two longest employed staff – 2005! – Vickie loves helping patients see better and has taught many first-time contact wearers the skills to be lifelong successful and comfortable contact users. She lives in Costa Mesa where she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and granddaughter.
Office Manager
Carlos does an amazing job keeping the office running smoothly and making sure all of our patient’s needs are met. He has great organization skills and shows a kind and knowledgeable approach with patients navigating the challenge of finding the perfect pair of glasses. He lives in Huntington Beach with his wonderful little boy.
Billing Manager
Lidia has been with us the longest and has helped the office grow to where we are today. She recently had an opportunity to move to Texas but with her remote computer it’s like she still in the back office. She gets all our paperwork done while caring for 4 children including a set of twins!
Back Office
Gini started with us 2 years ago and helps Lidia keep all our many patient charts organized and up to date. She also works with all the frames to make sure they are displayed and arranged in an appealing manor. Her favorite thing to do in the office is helping patients find the perfect glasses. She is the one to go to since she knows all the latest styles and what has just come in. She has lived in Costa Mesa all her life with her family and shares many adventures with her two very cute German Shepherds.
